Operational Audit: Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The Operational Audit

Timewright is the registered business name under which Matthew Nicolas (ABN 50 388 752 762) operates as a sole trader based in Sydney, Australia.

Timewright's Operational Audit is a paid consulting engagement designed to identify operational inefficiencies, estimate potential time and financial savings, and recommend prioritised improvements.

The standard engagement includes:

• A structured discovery session, typically 60–90 minutes.
• Analysis of relevant operational information provided during the engagement.
• A tailored written report or presentation.
• Conservative estimates of potential time savings and financial value where sufficient information is available.
• Recommendations prioritised by potential impact and implementation effort.

The assessment provides high-level recommendations, not a detailed implementation plan. Implementation, software configuration and ongoing advisory support are not included unless separately agreed. The audit is a structured assessment of available opportunities, not an exhaustive examination of every process in the business.

2. Booking and payment

The engagement fee is confirmed before booking. Payment is required to secure the assessment unless otherwise agreed in writing. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and the appointment is accepted. The engagement is delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule the discovery session without charge by providing at least 48 hours' notice.

For requests within 48 hours, please contact Timewright. We will consider reasonable requests in light of the circumstances, availability and preparation undertaken.

If Timewright needs to reschedule, we will offer a suitable alternative appointment. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed and the service has not commenced, we will provide a refund.

4. Client cancellation and refunds

Where a client cancels at least 48 hours before the discovery session and substantive assessment work has not commenced, Timewright will provide a full refund.

For cancellations within 48 hours, or after substantive work has commenced, Timewright will review the circumstances, work performed, reasonable costs incurred and any applicable legal rights. An appropriate partial refund may be offered for services not performed.

There is no blanket exclusion of refunds. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Report delivery

Timewright will ordinarily deliver the completed report or presentation within five business days after the discovery session, provided all information reasonably required to complete the assessment has been received.

If additional information or clarification is needed, we will explain the outstanding requirements and any revised delivery timeframe. If an agreed delivery commitment cannot be met, we will contact the client promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution.

6. Estimates and recommendations

The Operational Audit relies on client-provided information, professional judgement and reasonable assumptions. Estimated time savings and financial values are projections, not guarantees.

Recovered time may represent productive capacity rather than a direct reduction in expenditure. Outcomes depend on the quality of available information, implementation decisions and other factors. Clients decide whether and how to implement recommendations.

7. Recording and AI-assisted analysis

Recording, transcription and AI-assisted analysis may be used to prepare the assessment. The arrangements will be explained in advance, and appropriate permission sought before recording. See Timewright's Privacy Policy for more information.
